Was she really on charter?
Yes, the LARISSA was at Flushing together with SCHELDE (3) of Smit and GOLIATH, in the twenties I think.
However, still in Bugsier colours.
Picture on page 24 of SMIT 150.
In Flushing three nationalities were present almost permanently, Dutch (Smit) German and Belgian tugs.
Wijsmuller also tried to station tugs at Flushing, but called off.
